Team and dispatch

Team dispatch that fits on one board.

Your members, their roles and today’s visits in one place. Move a visit to another name and that person’s phone tells them within a minute.

See what a team costs

Three roles, and nothing to configure

A member is an owner, an admin or a worker. The owner holds billing and the settings. An admin runs the office: clients, quotes, jobs, invoices and the calendar. A worker gets the visits assigned to them and the detail they need to do the work. You do not build a permission scheme. You pick a role, and you can change it whenever you want.

  • Owner: billing, settings and roles
  • Admin: office work and dispatch
  • Worker: their visits and what is on them
  • A role change lands on the next screen they open

The day on one board

Day view puts a column under every member and the hours down the side. Drag a visit sideways to change who is going, up or down to change when. Week view does the same across seven days, each member in their own color. Anything with no time or no name sits in the tray beside the board, so nothing falls off the edge of the week.

  • A column per member, plus one for unassigned
  • Drag to change the time, the person, or both
  • A tray for unscheduled and unassigned visits
  • Two names on one visit, or a saved crew in one tap

Who sees what

A worker sees the visits assigned to them: the property, the access notes, the checklist, the photos. No prices, no invoices, no other clients. If you want to open that up, three settings do it. Workers can see prices on job lines, the whole team calendar as a read only view, or the client’s past jobs and photos. Each one is off until you turn it on.

  • Workers see their own visits by default
  • Prices on job lines, off unless you allow it
  • The full team calendar, read only, if you allow it
  • Team phone numbers stay inside the team

Inviting people, and what it costs

You invite by email. The link is good for a week. The person sets up their own sign in, lands in the language you sent the invitation in, and shows up on the board with their own color. When someone leaves you deactivate them. Their access ends, their phone stops syncing, their future visits drop into the tray to be reassigned, and every photo and note they ever took stays on the job.

  • Invitation by email, good for seven days
  • English or Spanish, per member
  • Deactivate instead of delete, the records stay
  • $59 solo, $149 up to five, $249 for the whole team
The day’s board: one column per member, the tray beside it, and the visits that still need a name on them.

Questions owners ask about the team

Short answers about roles, seats and what the crew can see.

How many people can I put on one plan?

Solo is one member, Crew is up to five, and Team has no limit at all. The count includes anyone whose invitation is still outstanding, and hiring past Crew is the last plan change you make.

Do I pay per member?

No. The price is flat by team size, and every member gets the web app and the mobile app. Adding a fifth person on the Crew plan costs nothing extra.

Can two people be on the same visit?

Yes. Put as many names on a visit as the work needs, and save the people you always send together as a crew so it is one tap next time. The visit shows up in each of their days.

Does my crew get told when I move a visit?

Yes. Assigning, unassigning, moving the time or cancelling sends one notification to each person affected, with the job, the time and the address. Several quick edits in a row arrive as one message with the final answer.

What happens to the work when someone leaves?

You deactivate the member. Their access ends right away, their future visits move to the tray so you can reassign them, and everything they recorded stays on the jobs. The seat frees up for the next person.

Can an admin invite other admins?

No. An admin can invite, edit and deactivate workers. Only the owner can add an admin or move someone into the admin role.
