One record per job, from the first call to the payment
Nothing gets retyped between the phone, the truck and the invoice. Here is each part of it, and what it does on an ordinary Tuesday.
Every plan includes all of this. There is no tier where the useful part lives.

About the product
What it covers, and what it deliberately does not.
Is there a mobile app, or just a website on a phone?
A native app for iPhone and Android, built for the field. It works with no signal and syncs when the phone is back in range.
Can my customers see anything?
Yes. Quotes, invoices and receipts open in a customer portal from a link, with no account to create. That is where they approve a quote with a signature and pay.
Does it handle sales tax?
You enter the rates you charge and attach them to each service address, so a job in one city bills differently from the next. Rates on a sent invoice never change afterward. Automatic rate lookup is not in this version.
What is not in it yet?
Time tracking, timesheets, job costing, inventory, recurring jobs, route optimization and review collection. Those come after launch, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
Does it connect to my accounting software?
QuickBooks Online sync is included, so your bookkeeper sees the same invoices and payments you do.
Do I have to use all of it?
No. Plenty of shops will start with quoting and invoicing and leave the scheduling board alone for a month. Nothing forces you through a setup wizard before you can send your first quote.
